How we vet operators

Every operator in the network must carry current commercial licensing and insurance for their state, maintain the equipment their listed services require (flatbeds for AWD work, chock systems for motorcycles, rated wreckers for heavy duty), and commit to upfront, itemized pricing. Operators who generate pricing complaints or chronic response-time failures are removed.

What happens when you call

A dispatcher covering your area answers, confirms your location and vehicle, quotes the total price — hook-up, per-mile rate, and any surcharge — and assigns the nearest appropriate truck. You are never obligated to accept a quote, and no work should ever be performed at a different price than the one you agreed to on the phone.
